We enable reporting violations of law and internal regulations in a confidential and secure manner specified by the provisions of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (the so-called Whistleblower Directive).
The internal reporting system introduced in our company is an important element of the corporate governance of the TZMO Group. It is also an instrument supporting the implementation of the corporate social responsibility policy, helps in shaping ethical attitudes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations and standards of the TZMO Group.
