We enable the reporting of violations of law and internal regulations in a confidential and secure manner defined by the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the so-called Whistleblower Directive). The internal reporting system introduced in our company is a significant element of the corporate governance of the TZMO Group. It also constitutes an instrument supporting the implementation of the corporate social responsibility policy, helps in shaping ethical attitudes, and ensures compliance with applicable laws as well as the internal regulations and standards of the TZMO Group.
